Conditions of entry:
- You must be a current financial club member
- Have an official Golf Link handicap Number
- Have played in no less than five (5) handicap Tam O’Shanter club events over the past twelve (12) months
- Entry fee must accompany this form on entry
This entry form must reach the club handicapper seven (7) days prior to the 18th of November
The championship committee will draw the opening day starting times & groups.
The start sheet will be posted on the notice board and in the window adjacent to the entry door.
Grade handicaps
Associates (ladies) A Grade : 0 – 18 Members (men) A Grade : 0 – 13
B Grade : 19 – 28 B Grade : 14 – 21
C Grade : 29 – 45 C Grade : 22 – 36
